Shashwat Yadav
Shashwat, CEO and Co-Founder of SyncIQ, graduated with a B.Tech. from IIT Delhi and an MBA from ISB. At ZS Associates, Shashwat led their Intelligent Automation initiatives for four years, focusing on NLP and other advanced AI technologies to enhance operational efficiencies for major Pharma. Over the last two years, Shashwat expanded his role to include Generative AI Strategy and capability building, aligning cutting-edge AI solutions with strategic business objectives. Previously, Shashwat founded ClickGarage, an automotive service startup that was successfully acquired by Car Crew (TVS Group). At IPAC, during the 2014 National Campaign, Shashwat's focus was on analytics, leveraging data to drive strategic decisions.
Vikas Srivastava
Vikas Srivastava, CTO and Co-Founder of SyncIQ and an IIT Delhi alum, has a distinguished background in B2B SaaS leadership, previously serving as Director of Engineering at AlphaSense and VP at Sentieo. He has pioneered cloud-agnostic and automated incident response systems, enhancing product innovation and enterprise sales. Expert in Python, Go, React, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD, Vikas has adeptly transitioned from monolithic to microservices architectures, improving scalability and productivity. His leadership in agile methodologies positions him to drive SyncIQ forward in generative AI and business workflow automation, optimizing enterprise efficiency in the digital era.
Aayush Yadav
Aayush, a founding team member at SyncIQ, brings a dynamic blend of technology and finance expertise. Holding a BTech in Computer Science, he initially embarked on his career journey as a Product Manager at ClickGarage, where he cultivated a passion for innovative technologies. To further enhance his skills, Aayush pursued an MBA with a focus on Finance from IMT Ghaziabad. This specialization steered him towards a role as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management at ICICI Bank. He subsequently served as a Closing Analyst at Better Mortgage for two years. At SyncIQ, Aayush leverages his dual expertise in technology and finance to spearhead transformative projects and pioneer new industry advancements.
