Function · Market Access
Value dossiers per market, formulary position per payer.
SyncIQ writes AMCP dossiers and HTA submissions from one evidence base, and checks your formulary position against what each contract commits to.
Dossiers are built before launch. Formulary position is checked for as long as the product sells.
The work
Earning coverage, then keeping it.
01
One global value dossier, rebuilt for every market
Each payer and HTA body wants its own template, comparators and questions, so the same evidence is rewritten for every market.
Germany's benefit dossier is due no later than market launch.
02
Formulary changes after the contract is signed
Tiers shift, prior authorization appears, step edits are added. The rebate keeps going out on the contract's terms until someone checks.
The three largest PBMs processed nearly 80% of US prescriptions in 2023.
Capabilities
What SyncIQ does.
AMCP dossiers from your evidence base
Drafted from your clinical and economic evidence, every claim linked to the study, table or model input behind it.
HTA submissions and JCA dossiers, to each template
The same evidence written to a JCA dossier or a national HTA submission, to each body's requirements and comparators.
Budget impact and HEOR summaries
Written from the model and the studies, so the figures in the text match the model.
Payer questions answered from precedent
Answers drafted from your approved evidence and your earlier dossiers, tenders and RFP responses.
Formulary changes tracked payer by payer
Tier, prior authorization, step therapy and quantity limits, recorded for each payer in your set.
Formulary compliance, checked against the contract
Each position is checked against the contract, and changes are flagged before the next rebate cycle.
A dated record for the payer conversation
Each verified position kept with its date and source document, ready for a payer conversation or a rebate dispute.
Evidence
Gross-to-net in the US, joint assessment in the EU.
Gross-to-net is made up of rebates, discounts, fees and other concessions, and commercial rebates are commonly paid in exchange for formulary placement.
The EU joint clinical assessment has covered cancer medicines with new active substances, and ATMPs, since January 2025. Orphan medicines join in January 2028.

The applications
Two applications, one market access team.
Before and at launch
Value Dossier
AMCP dossiers, HTA submissions and budget impact
Every market wants the value case in its own format. Value Dossier writes the AMCP dossier and each market's HTA submission from one evidence base, with every claim sourced.
See Value Dossier Available on Agent OS
For as long as it sells
Formulary Verification
Position reconciled against your contracts
The contract says tier two, no prior authorization. The formulary says otherwise, and it changed months ago. Formulary Verification tracks where your product actually sits and checks it against what each contract commits to.
See Formulary Verification Live with customers
Every dossier claim stays linked to its source and every formulary position stays dated, on one audit trail, ready to put in front of a payer.
Accountability
What reaches a payer is the manufacturer's statement.
FDA guidance and the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 set out what manufacturers may share with US payers, before and after approval.
Every claim in a draft links to its source, every run is auditable, and sign-off stays with your medical, legal and market access reviewers.
Security & deploymentCoverage
What's covered, and the standards behind it.
Every document is written to the AMCP Format for Formulary Submissions, the EU HTA Regulation's joint clinical assessment, or national requirements including the G-BA and IQWiG in Germany and NICE in England.

One dossier, every member state's questions
Each JCA question is a population, intervention, comparator and outcome, reflecting member states' needs. One dossier has to answer all of them, usually within 100 days of the Commission's request.
